19. Ruilight (6.–12.12.)

Introduction

I am an art and design student at Aalto University, originally from China. My paper-carved lamps are inspired by traditional Chinese shadow theatre – the play of light, shadow, and layered patterns.

Ruilight lamps combine traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics. Each piece is designed and assembled by me using eco-friendly materials such as paper, cardboard, and wood. They bring warmth, light, and artistic beauty into any home – a perfect choice for décor or as a unique gift.
