Introduction

We are a small family business from Savonlinna making 100% gluten-free products. Our story began in summer 2024 at the Savonlinna market, born from the need to offer safe food for coeliacs and people with dietary restrictions.
At the Helsinki Christmas Market we serve sweet and savoury bubble waffles (yes, Nutella too!), fruit cakes, gingerbread and both hot and cold drinks, with or without alcohol. All items are homemade, fully gluten-free and also available vegan. Welcome to treat yourself!
