Introduction

We are a small family business from Uusikaupunki by the sea. Our selection includes festive herring delicacies, shrimp mix, salmon spread and an award-winning smoked salmon mousse. Our original sea buckthorn–ginger jelly makes a lovely gift, as do our sea buckthorn–ginger glögg and berry powders in gift packaging. We also produce items from other Finnish berries. A unique highlight is our Black Garlic mayonnaise, available only from us in Finland. Everything is perfect for the Christmas table or as a gift.
