94. Sustainabites (6.–12.12.)
Introduction
I handcraft marmalade candies, marshmallows, flavour syrups, jellies and wild mustard. I do everything myself – from foraging to packaging – using wild herbs, flowers and berries gathered from Finnish nature. Flavour and colour come from floral and herbal extracts or real berries; no artificial colours or flavours are used.
The selection includes various wildflower marmalades, berry marshmallows, spruce tip and winter syrups, spruce tip and spiced cranberry jellies, and wild mustard with spruce and juniper. Products are available individually or in curated gift boxes. All packaging is recyclable. Everything is gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free.
