95. Rahula Ranch (6.–12.12.)

Introduction

Rahula Ranch – forest flavours with intent (and a wink). Our story began in South Savo in 2018 with spruce tips and kitchen curiosity, and since then every product has contained spruce tips and only real flavours — no artificial additives. Everything is crafted by hand from pure ingredients, on nature’s terms, with uncompromising recipes and a pinch of forest magic.
This year you’ll find us at the Helsinki Christmas Market — the spruce-tip-iest stall on the square. If glögg no longer warms you or the tree no longer smells like Christmas, come taste what the season is like when its roots run deep in a Finnish forest.
