Introduction

Christmas flavours in the form of pastries and other treats. A variety of Christmas cakes, pecan pie, gingerbread tarts. Years of baking will culminate in a new kind of Christmas pastry, not forgetting the traditional treats, at the market’s own stall.

We use only the highest quality ingredients, Finnish berries, real butter and organic whenever possible. The products are handmade in Helsinki. Some of the recipes have been passed down in the family for a long time and some have been developed especially for the market.
