The bakery Viljaherkut in Mäntsälä produces both savoury and sweet bakery products without added preservatives or flour improvers. We bring delicious and popular Christmas cakes and our most popular products on the savoury side – archipelago bread, sourdough rye bread, traditional Karelian pies, lactose-free Karelian pies and potato pies. We use organic rye flour from the Krann farm (Nurmijärvi).
