Introduction

We are a small family business that started in Savonlinna Market in the summer of 2024.Our family includes people with celiac disease and other dietary restrictions, so we want to offer our customers 100% gluten-free products, taking into account many other dietary restrictions and allergies. During the summer we received a lot of great feedback about our products, customers came from all over Finland to Savonlinna because of our gluten-free products that are suitable for almost everyone!

At the Christmas Market we offer gluten-free and vegan bubble waffles made from our own dough with both savoury and sweet Christmas fillings. Hot drinks include mulled wine, coffee, tea, cocoa (also vegan cocoa!)

We also offer a selection of delicious gluten-free and vegan rice cakes with a variety of fillings. The pies and gluten-free cinnamon rolls come from a small producer in Kerimäki, FastPie Ltd.
