Introduction

N4ku & Kåska Porridge Bar, which was a success at the market in 2023, serves lovingly prepared porridge and mulled wine dishes both in a traditional style and with a twist for the 2020s. Valtteri Sinkkonen, the award-winning chef at N4ku restaurant, will give rice porridge a new look as a salted caramel and Asian-inspired dish. Made especially for Tuomas Market, Kåska’s mild and non-alcoholic glögs taste of local honeysuckle, ginger and aromatic citrus fruits. All N4ku & Kåska Purobar’s dishes and glögi are available vegan and gluten-free.
