Introduction
Haapasalon Hatsapuri is a mouth-watering, delicious Georgian cheese bread and a company founded by Ville Haapasalo in 2020 that produces delicious Hatsapuri bread.
Hatsapuri (hatsa means cheese and puri bread in Georgian) is a Georgian national dish with a millennia-old tradition. It contains about half of its weight of the Georgian full-bodied and salty sulguni cheese, and half of the sweet and slightly sour wheat bread dough baked in milk.
