Introduction

We are a small family business from Savonlinna with a heartfelt mission: crafting mouthwatering treats that everyone can enjoy, regardless of dietary needs. Every single item on our menu is 100% gluten-free, with an extensive selection of plant-based options available as well!

We bake fresh, golden bubble waffles right before your eyes at the market, loaded with an array of delectable toppings—including crowd-favorite Nutella. Our beverage menu features steaming spiced glögi and rich hot cocoa, available non-alcoholic or spiked (with rich dairy-free, vegan hot chocolate always on hand). We also bring along freshly baked seasonal spice cakes and crisp festive gingerbread cookies.
