19. Hindsby cheese dairy (27.11.–5.12.)
Introduction
The Hindsby cheese dairy is located in the Sipoonkorpi National Park, just a stone’s throw from Helsinki. In our dairy, we craft artisanal cheeses using milk sourced from local producers.
Our selection includes a variety of aged cheeses, such as Tilsit-, Manchego-, and Alpine-style cheeses, as well as white and blue mold cheeses. Our cheeses are available year-round at Restaurant Tila, located right next to the dairy.
