67. Vallilan Lörtsy

Introduction

Vallilan Lörtsy will once again supply Helsinki Christmas Market with the traditional Finnish delicacy Lörtsy with mouth-watering side dishes. Thanks to a long development process, Vallilan Lörtsy is a combination of down-to-earth Savolese tradition and street-conscious urban style.

The varied product range includes reindeer sausages with game fries, vegetable sausages with bratwurst and cauliflower, smoked pork and cheese soup with croutons and game sausages. For the smaller members of the family, we have meat rolls with nakkis and ketchup and mustard.

To accompany your meal or even on its own, you can enjoy last year’s favourites: baileys cocoa, mint cocoa, blueberry-based Savoy glögi or traditional red wine glögi. Cocoa and mulled wine are also available in non-alcoholic versions.

We try to use as much as possible of Finland’s natural resources in our concept. Our flavour combinations are carefully considered and thought out to create new taste experiences for people.
