Puurobaari by N4KU returns to the Helsinki Christmas Market for its fourth consecutive year! The market has become our most cherished tradition, as it is where our entire journey began back in 2023. A heartfelt thank-you goes to the market organizers, the staff, and every dedicated guest who has stood in line for a bowl.
We are serving the iconic N4KU Porridge—the original viral breakfast sensation that redefined Finnish porridge. Under the creative direction of chef Valtteri Sinkkonen, we elevate and refine our craft with each passing winter, leading our regulars to ask: What is this year’s seasonal novelty? For 2026, we proudly introduce Marimekko Magic, inspired by Marimekko’s timeless patterns and the joy of everyday beauty. It will be featured on our menu throughout the entire market season.
Every bowl is finished by hand using our signature artisan recipes. This past autumn, our concept received an honorary recognition at the Finnish Food Tourism Awards. We take immense pride in sharing this contemporary take on Finnish holiday comfort food with local food lovers and international travelers alike.
